  • We currently offer shipping across Pakistan only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in most cities across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and address details to avoid delivery issues.

  • Orders may be cancelled if COD confirmation fails or delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier service provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier companies usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect information, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery.

  • Provide order details and clear images for verification.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

8. Delays & Responsibility

  • ZM Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

  • However, we will fully cooperate to help resolve delivery issues.
